# Majordomo

> AI employees with real job titles. They handle orders, payments, stock and prices inside the software you already use. For wholesalers, distributors and marketplace sellers (Amazon and others), worldwide.

Majordomo builds and runs a staff of AI employees for the back office of trading companies. Each employee has a job title and a clear job description, works inside the software the business already uses (accounting, CRM, bank, email, WhatsApp/Telegram, marketplaces, spreadsheets) and waits for the owner's "Approve" before anything important goes out: customer emails, payments, large orders. We run the same AI staff in our own family trading business (marketplaces and wholesale) first.

## AI employees

- **Order manager**: Reads orders that arrive by email or chat. Creates the invoice in your accounting system and sends it once you approve.
- **Purchasing**: Watches stock levels. When an item drops below your minimum, drafts an order to the supplier and waits for your OK.
- **Collections**: Keeps track of who owes you. Sends polite reminders on schedule and gives you a short summary of unpaid invoices.
- **Analyst**: Every morning, sends you one short message: sales, money in, and what’s running low. Ask a follow-up question any time.
- **Marketplace manager**: Keeps prices and stock in sync on Amazon and other marketplaces. Drafts replies to reviews and customer questions.
- **Inbox & replies**: Sorts incoming email. Passes orders to the order manager, answers routine questions, and drafts replies for you to check.
- **Pricing**: Reads new price lists from suppliers. Shows which of your products now sell below your target margin and suggests new prices.

## How we start

1. Tell us how your business runs: An hour on a call: where orders come from, where you keep prices and stock, and what eats up most of your week.
2. We connect your software: Email, chat apps, accounting, bank, spreadsheets. Nothing new to install. Your people keep working where they always have.
3. We agree on the rules: What each employee can handle on its own and what comes to you for “Approve”. Which discounts are fine, who can get goods before paying, and above what amount it should check with you.
4. The staff get to work, you check: For the first two weeks your people look at every result. If it pays off, keep it and add the next hire.

## Pricing

Monthly subscription, prices in euros (the Russian page also shows roubles).
- Personal: €100 a month (₽10,000). For a private person: home, family, email, documents, reminders.
- Executive: €500 a month (₽50,000). A personal staff for an owner or director: their email, meetings, reports and follow-ups.
- Business: from €1,000 a month. AI employees for the company's departments; the price depends on how many departments and jobs they take on.
- Refund: The first month is refundable: if it’s not a fit, tell us within 14 days and we’ll give your money back, no questions asked.

## Our work

- Ready-made product: a turnkey Amazon store run by AI staff, from product research, suppliers, listings, pricing, stock, customer replies and ads to a daily profit report. The owner approves anything involving money, supplier orders or anything leaving the company.
- Smaller first jobs: order desk for wholesalers (orders from email and chats turned into invoices), one store across several marketplaces (listings, stock, review replies), unpaid invoices for distributors (reminders and a weekly summary), a morning profit report for the owner.


## Who is behind it

A commercial director with 40 years in business (sales, purchasing, warehouse, collections, people) briefs every AI employee, and a small team builds and runs the AI staff. They used it in their own family trading business (marketplaces and wholesale) before offering it to other companies.

## FAQ

### Isn’t this expensive?
Personal is €100 a month, Executive €500, Business from €1,000. Compare that with what the people and hours spent on this routine cost you now. We start with one job that pays for itself quickly. In our own business, these jobs run without extra hires.

### Our business is different. Will it fit?
We train each employee on your own documents, price lists and emails. What makes you different is exactly what we teach it. Marketplaces and wholesale have plenty of quirks too, and it works for us.

### What if it makes a mistake?
The AI prepares, a person checks. Anything that goes out waits for your “Approve”. And once you correct a mistake, it doesn’t come back.

### Will Majordomo replace my employees?
No. It takes the routine off their plate: copying numbers from an email into an invoice, matching payments, answering the question that comes in ten times a day. Your people keep the customers, the negotiations and the decisions. If you end up not hiring another person because of it, that’s your call. It isn’t something we push for.

### Can I get my money back if it doesn’t work out?
Yes. Write to us within 14 days of paying for your first month and we’ll refund that month in full. You don’t need to give a reason.

### We already use ChatGPT. Isn’t that the same?
ChatGPT answers questions. An AI employee does the work in your systems: creates the invoice, sends it after your OK, records the payment.

### We bought an “AI sales bot” before. It never worked.
A common story. Someone sold you software and left, and nobody on your team had time to set it up properly. We set it up and run it ourselves. You pay for what works.

### Is our data safe?
Each employee gets access only to what it needs, and the keys stay with you. Sensitive data can be processed on your own computer, without the cloud.
