    “When will my order arrive?” “Can you send your bank details?” “Is this in stock?” It answers from your data, in your tone.

  3. Drafts the harder replies

    A complaint, a disputed return, a request for a discount. It writes a draft and shows it to you with a short summary of the thread.

  4. Makes sure nobody is left waiting

    If a customer hasn’t heard back in over a day, it reminds whoever is supposed to reply.
