AI accounts receivable clerk that chases late payments for you

Knows who owes you, how much and since when. Every day it matches your bank statement against open invoices, marks what’s been paid and sends a polite reminder to anyone running late. If a customer stays quiet for a long time, it suggests what to do next.

A typical day

  1. Matches the bank statement

Applies the morning’s payments to invoices. If a payment has no invoice number, it finds the match by amount and customer name.

  2. Updates the overdue list

Who is late, by how many days and for how much.

  3. Sends reminders

The first polite reminder goes out on its own, using a template you’ve approved. The second and any after that wait for your “Approve”.

  4. Sends a daily summary

How much money came in, who promised to pay and by when.

Other roles on the staff

  • Order manager

Reads orders in your email and messaging apps and creates the invoice in your accounting software. Sends it when you say so.

  • Buyer

Watches your stock. When something drops below the minimum, it puts together a supplier order and waits for your yes.

  • Analyst

At 8 am, one message: sales, cash, what’s running low. You can ask a follow-up right away, like who bought the most.

  • Marketplace manager

Keeps prices and stock on Amazon, eBay and your other marketplaces in line with yours. Replies to reviews within the hour, not next week.

  • Inbox and customer replies

Sorts your incoming email. Hands orders to a colleague, answers simple questions itself and drafts the tricky ones for you to check.

  • Pricing manager

Reads new supplier price lists and spots where your margin got squeezed. Suggests new prices.
